It sucks that I’ll never be able to look at eating as
“Just eating”
Ever again.
To me it’s an event. It’s eating everything I want in one sitting. I think about it all morning. I sit down when I’m alone and just eat whatever I want. Even once I’m full, I keep going. I need it all. And then I hate myself until the next day when I do it all over again. To me. There’s no point in eating a small meal. It has to be multiple meals in one sitting. I have to eat until I can’t possibly eat one more bite. It’s disgusting.
